•Responsible for proficiently collecting relevant materials according to project requirements, including but not limited to obtaining raw data such as images and videos through various channels.

•Utilize professional knowledge and tools to extract frames, clean, and accurately label the collected materials, ensuring high quality and accuracy of the data and providing a solid foundation for model training.

•Based on the actual needs of the project, select a suitable CNN convolutional neural network model and use labeled materials for effective training to continuously optimize model performance, improve model accuracy and generalization ability.

2. Algorithm system development

•Lead the development of algorithm systems with multiple communication functions, including implementing HTTP communication and WebSocket communication, to ensure efficient and stable data exchange with external systems.

•Realize real-time acquisition of video streams, correctly decode the video streams, and accurately push the video frames to the trained model for inference, ensuring the real-time and accuracy of the inference process.

•Professional post-processing of inference results, combined with precise calculation of configured algorithm parameters, ultimately obtaining accurate alarm images and related information. The images are encoded and pushed to the detection task video stream to achieve task video preview function, ensuring the smooth operation and functional integrity of the entire algorithm system.

3. Architecture design and research and development

•Responsible for the overall architecture design of algorithms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of the system. Plan the system architecture at a macro level, and design the interaction methods and data flow between each module reasonably.

•Proficient in developing communication methods to ensure stable and reliable data transmission between different modules, systems and external devices or systems.

•Proficient in multi-threaded research and development techniques for algorithms and models, optimizing algorithm execution efficiency, improving system performance in multitasking environments, fully utilizing hardware resources, and reducing system response time.

4. Algorithm compilation and deployment

•Complete the compilation and packaging of algorithms to ensure stable operation in the target environment. Optimize the compilation process to improve algorithm execution efficiency and resource utilization.

•Proficient in using Docker technology for algorithm deployment, responsible for building, managing, and maintaining Docker images and containers, ensuring consistency and portability of algorithm systems in different environments, improving deployment efficiency and system operation and maintenance management level.

5. Technical Collaboration and Innovation

•Work closely with cross departmental teams, including but not limited to product managers, development engineers, testing engineers, etc., to jointly promote the smooth progress of the project. Communicate technical issues and solutions in a timely manner to ensure timely delivery of the project.

Education and professional background
